Deanna worked as an HR Generalist for two years before specializing in Talent Management. As a Talent Management Advisor she worked in areas of succession planning, performance management, leadership development and employee engagement. Deanna helped leaders through the process of building high functioning teams, and well as delivered training on meaningful and impactful performance conversations. She currently works directly with WBF students on the development of their soft skills, and the introduction to workplace expectations. She have been certified in the Birkman Method, which provides personality and occupational data to help understand individuals’ unique behavior and work satisfaction across different situations and industries. She is currently working towards her certification in the Successful Relationship Questionnaire an online emotional intelligence-based profiling and development tool used by coaches and corporate trainers in the UK, New Zealand and Canada. Deanna is passionate about helping all levels of employees understand the impact their perceptions, and communications methods have on others.
